This place is an absolute rip off and are insurance thieves.....my husband went for services and they were unable to get a hold of my insurance company so they quoted him $2400. Two days later he went to have the services performed and was told it was going to be over $6600. He ask how that was even possible if two days prior he was quoted a wayless amount (granted that was without insurance). They could not give him an explanation for the price increase. All they kept saying was this is due to your insurance and kept putting the blame on them. Little did they know, I actually work for the insurance company. I explained to him that they increased the prices to bill the insurance and receive a better profit. He stated he no longer wanted to use the insurance he would just pay out of pocket for the entire thing. They told him that would be insurance fraud and they are not able to do that. I laughed when he told me that. I was thinking insurance fraud really!!!! They are the ones creating insurance fraud. Doubling prices and billing my insurances an outrageous amount for more money....they are a joke. I will NEVER EVER EVER EVERRRRR.....refer a customer or recommend anyone to them. Not only that, he stated the place was dirty. Bugs on the floor in the waiting area and trash as well. All he had was a horrible experience. I told him he should have seen the sign when he seen the bugs on the floor. That should have said it all.!!!

The wait was not to bad, but the girls in front stayed on their phones and talked about guys the entire time I was in the waiting room. When I got back in the back, my tech was a doll and did great... to bad he wasn't the doctor. The doctor herself was almost impossible to understand due to a thick asian accent. She informed me that the dental work I had done by a competent dentist was subpar, and needed to redone. She was rude and spent all of 5 minutes cleaning my teeth (the cleaning AND buffing process). The cleaning itself almost drown me, thank God they gave me goggles to wear. When I left, I walked out with a shirt soaked and my gums bleeding from her rush and inability to understand the pain she caused doing a horrible cleaning. Now these people will not stop calling me, demanding I come back and get my teeth worked on there. Nope, no thanks... I would trust my 10 year old nephew to do a better job. The one good thing I did get out of it was the cartoons.

I had a great experience not only did they get me in the same day but I didn't have to wait 30 minutes after my appointment to be seen like other dentist office. The staff was awesome.

It was ok. I won't return though for my other two grchildren's braces. Had to bring my grand daughter back to get her teeth remolded. It surprises me that after several moldings for her retainers. None were able to be utilized to make her retainers. Now I'm having to sit and wait not to mention I had to come from out of town to have this procedure redone! This was unun- nessesary!
