I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. These people will take you for a ride and try to get you to pay out of pocket instead of dealing with your insurance. After being scheduled almost a month in advance, I had to call my insurance multiple times and have them call my dentist to inform them they DO in fact take my insurance. After 3 hours of waiting, they finally (and unhappily) agreed to my copayment of $5, after quoting me $300!! Finally got back to talk to the doctor for less than 5 minutes to be told I wouldn't be treated and given my money back because my gums were slightly swollen(because I have impacted wisdom teeth DUH) They prescribed me Tylenol and told me to return a month later. They then informed me at the front that they would be dropping my insurance WHO THEY ARE CONTRACTED WITH, so it wouldn't be available for my next appointment. LMFAO I scheduled an appointment for one day later at Bailey Bryan and had all four teeth out within an hour of me stepping foot in the clinic. Please take your business elsewhere!!!
P.S. The people at the front were LOVELY but Dr. Lee seemed like he had better places to be.

I called several days prior to going in. I had already had my doctor give me antibiotics to clear any infection. I told the lady I needed an extraction and instead of her scheduling it for later in the week she scheduled decided to just schedule me the following day 30 minutes before the The “dentist” refused to help me only do x-rays and a cleaning although I have been an existing patient. The “dentist” refused to help me, even after me telling her that I would just go buy tweezers and rip it out myself because it hurts so bad!! They just wanted my insurance and that’s all!! I will not ever go back there!!!

DO NOT GO HERE! This place is a joke! My dad had an appointment that he had waited a month for and the day of they canceled! My dad waited that whole month in pain only for them to cancel! Absolutely ridiculous!!!

Great service and have very kind staff. Dr Bruce gets the job done correctly and Blanca & Liz his assistants try their very best to do it as fast as they can. Their office is always full but some how manage to get the clients in and out as fast as possible. Would definitely recommend specially if you go to Dr Bruce, Blanca & Liz.

In June I had 4 teeth removed, 2 wisdom teeth and 2 molars. No anesthesia or laughing gas despite signing a paper that I believe discussed my options involving it. Because according to Dr. Lee they "don't do that here." Numbing shots were all I had, I had an anxiety attack before they started. They had to break my molars apart to take them out. I was prescribed strong painkillers after, but that's it. My mouth was in so much pain once the shots wore off. Is this legal?

I was attended by Blanca and Dr. Wilfred, the service was great. First time someone has offered my spouse a seat in the back so she's not alone in the lobby, Dr. Wilfred explained what was going on well and what I couldn't understand Blanca helped me with. Blanca and Dr. Wilfred were very friendly, helpful and made me feel comfortable, this is my place to go from now on and I highly recommend it to family and friends...pssst request Blanca

This place is a joke. Visited for workman's comp claim, so I had no choice on where to go. They had just opened up all businesses from COVID-19. Staff all were sitting in office, side by side. No masks were being worn, and no masks were being offered. Started paperwork, printer needed toner to be replaced, as you could not read printed copies. I had questions that I wanted to speak with the Dentists about, so I kept the paperwork. Office manager asked if I was done, with paperwork which I replied "no, I needed to speak with the Doctor", he said "what was the problem." I told him "that I would like to speak to the doctor in private, due to HIPPA laws," he said" just tell me, I will see all your stuff anyways." Very rude demeanor. I finally got X-rays done, by the way, I had 1 broken tooth, and they took about 40 X-rays of my mouth. The doctor came in, started probing the wrong side of my mouth, and said everything looked good. I told her that it was the other side, and there was pain. She said, " I don't see anything wrong." They ended up referring me to oral surgeon. I will NEVER return to this place, or recommend them for anything. If you have the choice of going somewhere else, please do. There are many dental firms in town that know what they are doing, and treat people well, this should place is a circus, not professional at all, and should NOT be allowed to operate.

Wow this place exceeded my expectations!! I am on Medicaid and I thought I would be treated poorly and that was not the case! I needed a night guard and I figured they wouldn’t help me with one since my insurance didn’t cover it but they made it for me and made it so affordable 🙌🏻🙌🏻

Customer service is rude. No in office orthodontist if you have Any emergency issues you will have to wait two months to be seen. Technicians are under trained. 3 technicians took my retainer mold before they realized my bar was still in my mouth and it was breaking the mold. Spend the little extra and go to st. Clair. These people are horrible.
