Horrible experience. 1st my appointment was at 10 finally got called on right around 10:45. Dentist was not friendly at all, after poking at my tooth briefly decided to send me elsewhere while now I have pieces of tooth in my mouth was told to get something for the pain from dentist on the referral no matter when they are able to get me in. Didnt walk out till 1130 & left worse off than when I came.

Great Experience! staff was quick to take x-rays and friendly! the Dr. was great when it came to my cleaning and explained & answered every question to put my mind at ease. Will refer all family & friends to them !

The staff has treated each of my children with kindness even if they struggle with being at the dentist. I also appreciate that they are willing to schedule all of my children in one appointment!

Dr. Lee has made my son dentist appointment very comfortable. Before he did not like going in for any dental work now he is relaxed and excited .

I love the environment. All the empoyees were polite. My wife had a tooth pulled and they allowed me to sit back there with her. The doctor was very polite & very understanding. Thanks guys.

There is nice people there it's just the doctor is never there! They rescheduled my appointment so many times because the doctor wasn't there. I've waited 2 months already and my appointment was supposed to be may 12 but they rescheduled and now I have to wait two more months. I wouldn't suggest going to this place.

I hate this place! The ladies at the front are NEVER working. I took my brother to an appointment. Got there early only to wait 45 min. To be told to reschedule. Then they set up the appointment for 3 weeks later and after my mom sat there for an hour they rescheduled him again! This place is awful!

Worst place to go to for braces. They will reschedule you more times than you are seen and will reschedule you a whole month out. They tell you that you can go 12 weeks without getting adjustments to your braces (which no other orthodontist will do this to you; my older kids never had this issue with theirs-at a different orthodontist). Of course you sign a contract stating you will make payment every month even if not seen, which proves that they already expected this. They are so disorganized and need to learn how to not overload their appointment schedule or learn when to stop taking new patients for a period of time to prevent overbooking. I work in the medical field and have worked in scheduling and know there is a limit and a way to prevent this from happening. This is not my first rodeo with kids and braces, and I will say this place is by far the worst place anyone can have orthodontic work done. Too many other complaints to rant on about; will write a book if I do. 1st Amendment.

I had a positive experience bringing my kids to Familia Dental my kids were very well taken care of and we were in and out in a timely manner. And everyone was very nice and knowledgeable.

I’ve known for years my wisdom teeth were coming in crooked. I have a filling in one of my lower teeth, but anyway long story short! They couldn’t figure out how much my insurance was gonna cover. I was in pain on the tooth that had a filling and asked if I wanted to be a private pay I said yes cause of the pain. $60 dollars later he tells me it’s my wisdom tooth and I’m like no it’s the one with the filling. He gives me a script are you ready for this ibuprofen and amoxicillin and gives me a referral to an ortho surgeon to have wisdom tooth extracted. Don’t go to them for $60 I got a script for ibuprofen and to be told my wisdom tooth was coming in crooked!
