I didn't have to wait long in the waiting room after filling out my forms, and the doctor who worked with me explained everything that was going to be done during the visit. He was kind, asked me multiple times if I was okay, and it was overall a much more pleasant experience than most other dentist experiences I have had.

When you make an appointment to see a dentist, it should honored. Daughter had an appointment at 11 am. After waiting an hour and a half, asked how much longer and was told another 30- 40 minutes. People were walking in and taken in 5 minutes after they got there. Won't be going there again.

Terrible experience. My appointment was at 10:30 and I waited an hour to be seen by the doctor. I have other things to do besides sit in a dentist office all day. Don’t recommend this place.

Staff was rude, when payment was not automatically drafted after the 3rd and 4th time. Information never changed was told ALL the money needed to be paid the next time we went to the see the dentist. My child has been rescheduled twice and needs to seen because a tooth is starting to move downward but the staff does not care, no rescheduling for this. Only reschedule to their own convenience. I will be trying to find somewhere else to finish up the job. I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone.

I got a cleaning done and filling done with Dr. Nelakurthi! She was so kind, gentle and careful! Loved her work!

Cannot get a kid seen because familia dental can't get their stuff together. Took 6 months to get things transferred to them and another month and a half to get the approval. Came in again after being rescheduled once and they said they still dont have the approval from insurance even though we had the email already and that's why she was able to be rescheduled to begin with. This run around is ridiculous and I do not recommend. Lazy office people who would rather reschedule patients than do their job.

I had gone to a differnet dentist yesterday whome did nothing to help me. So I decided to try familia today. I was on time for my appointment and was called back almost immediately. I saw Dr. Lee and right away he figured out a problem that a previous dentist had missed. He did an extraction and the whole thing went very smoothly. The nurse (Cant remember her name) was so sweet and held my hand because I am a huge weenie and I was scared. Dr. Lee was kind and took his time to explain everything to me which I really appriciated. He also made sure I felt no pain. (THANK YOU!) I was in and out in a timley mannor and I am very satisfied with the care I received from the doctor and the staff. Based off of this experience I will be bringing my family back.

It was a emergency and as a walk in they took care of me almost immediately, great people who care. Thank you.

Very disappointed my kids got there braces put on October 18 they have had an appt scheduled for the beginning of Nov. Then got rescheduled to the end of November get another call to see if they could reschedule them for December changed to January 29 my kids haven't been seen for there 1st appt so when I called another orthodontist about it they told me to go in and they wouldn't charge m. (Pretty embarrassing) wouldn't recommend this place at ALL Ive learned you get what you pay for!!!!!

Worst place ever, front desk is always rude and i always have to wait. They never have stable doctors, my daughter gets her ortho treatment here and the only thing that keeps me coming back is the asistant lizbeth. She's so nice, sweet, fast and knows whats she's doing. Highly recommend her when getting adjustments. I honestly think everyone in that office should be more like her , there would be more happy pts. Thank you lizbeth for everything u do for my daughter.
