The staff was awesome. I was seen on a Thursday for an initial visit. And had a tooth removed the next day. I was nervous but the office staff made me very comfortable. Dr Campos is very knowledgeable and makes sure to listen to the patient. Which is a plus for me. I will definitely refer anyone I know to them in the future.

Dont come here. The X-ray machines used for new patients is so old and the area is gross looking. They charge you an arm and leg even with dental insurance. The hygienist was the only thing they had going for them and she quit however be prepared to be cancelled on multiple times last minute, they only have one hygienist. The billing reps are rude. Not the best experience for the price. Even with insurance (and I have great dental insurance) I walked out almost $400 short, and I just went in for a cleaning. Bought a $100something electric toothbrush and they forgot to give it to me. I had to walk in after into my car to ask for it. Lol. Wished I would of picked a different place.

I was in pain for more than a week anywhere I called they refused to see me till the 28th. No matter how much i begged to please get seen since my molar was killing me. I couldn’t even speak, I had an apt with them on the 20th but they were so kind to see me way before time . The ladies there are super nice & understanding. Dr.Campos was a pleasure to work with, his team & himself explained to me what work would be done asked about my concerns & did everything as quick as possible my molar extraction was quick in & out no pain. The price is a little high but to me it was worth it . I have my molar removed &’ no longer crying over the pain . Just a little sore. Highly recommend!

Unbelievable! Will NEVER recommend this place to anyone. Made appointment online, confirmed in email, showed up early to do paperwork and have Insurance verified...so far so good. After an hour of waiting, office manager calls me up to tell me they have to reschedule me. Show up for that 8am appointment 30 minutes early and wait in parking lot as I was told to do until exactly 8am. Receptionist calls me from in the office 24 minutes before 8am and says they have to reschedule me again for first appointment Monday morning. Drove down the road to Oceans Dental, walked in at 8:04am, signed in as a walk in appointment and was in and out before 10:30 am and it only cost me $106.80 for 2 extractions. Very unprofessional practice!! Oh, and I had to choose 1 star review because it wouldn't let me post without it. ZERO stars!!!

I waited 2 years after I had my teeth pulled to get dentures. We did several wax try ins and the dentures still don’t fill out my face, as advertised. I still look like I have no teeth.
When I smile you can’t even see my top denture.
I Made a few suggestions of how we could make them look better but Was told that that would not work.
They are the professionals they should have been making suggestions for me.
This review comes a year after my purchase and I can tell you I’ve never been more disappointed

I went In for a tooth ache. It had been hurting the day prior. When I got to aspen it was not hurting at all but I still wanted answers. They doctor instantly suggested to pull the tooth. After me asking if he was sure over and over I finally agreed. He told me the tooth pull would take about 10 minutes. And I would be pain free. Well It took him over 30 minutes. He couldn’t get it out. Towards the end I started to feel it more and more. Finally he got it out. I was in tears hurting. Then... They never sent my script or my antibiotics over like they said. I called their office within the hour after I left and they never would answer. I left multiple messages explaining to them how much pain I was in . I called the emergency number close to 15 times and they assured me their on call doctor would call me back. He never ever did. 9am the next morning still nothing. I am in more pain now then I have ever been with my teeth. Do NOT use aspen dental. I wish I would have listened to everyone telling me how horrible they were.

My visit was great! I received a lot of useful information from the hygienist and the Dentist.
I was able to get in quickly and everyone was so kind and friendly.
My only issue that is preventing 5 stars is the treatment plan follow up.
After I was finished I was told it would be 20-30 minutes before I could speak to the advisor.
I requested a phone call.
I waited 5 days and finally reached out to them.
I explained what happened and received no empathy for my situation (severe tooth pain from broken tooth)
I was told, “ok I’ll have her call you when she is finished”
So now I’m here waiting again for my treatment plan.

The appt was for my husband. He had to have a tooth pulled. They were very helpful and they took away his pain. Great place to see the dentist.

Very polite staff. Dr. Wilson was very caring and informative. Highly recommend.

I'm not happy at all I had teeth pulled on aug 16 and now I'm running a fever can't get in call drs to call me back and the lady that answered the phone was just rude
12 teeth pulled and no antibiotics were giving, no pain meds all they gave me was a medicated mouthwash and I had to request that my holes are still open I'll prolly just end up at the ER after paying 4,000.00 to Aspen dental in Lawton Oklahoma just another bill on top of a bill
