The receptionist, nurse and dentist were great. Very friendly and helpful. The lady who talks to you after about how much you have to pay was the rude one I have Humana insurance but it's still going to cost me $4900 to get my teeth fixed what kind of help is this when you're disabled and make $800 a month. She didn't offer any help what so ever and because I don't make enough money I can't set up a payment plan so I guess I'll go around with my mouth swelling and in pain.

My experience at Aspen Dental was absoultely wonderful. I had my two boys with me, and they were screaming and just wouldn't stop fussing. I was so embarrassed but all the employees were so awesome. They all heard my boys screaming and jumped in to help while I was getting my x-rays done and getting looked at. I kept apologizing to everyone, but they were so kind and understanding. My appointment was stressful but thanks to some of the employees they tried to make my experience the best given my two little ones making it difficult. I had a tooth removed and I am currently recovering from it. Best dental work and they made sure I was comfortable during the operation. I will definitely be going back. THANK YOU to all the employees who helped a helpless mom with her two screaming boys. You have no idea how much I appreciate your guys's help and kindness in that situation. If you are looking for wonderful service and support, I highly recommend Aspen Dental.

I went into Aspen dental to begin the work on fixing my teeth. The first visit went smoothly. Had numerous x-rays at various showing positions. Then I met Dr.Warren . He has such a great calming presence. He explained what I needed . I was given a treatment plan. I scheduled my appointment for today. Went in to have two extractions. Keep in mind I am extremely anxious. Dr.warren and his dental assistant Dari were just amazing. Both kept talking with me and assuring me. Dr.Warren made sure I was completely numb before starting. Dari was amazing ,she explained everything and made sure I had no questions. Dr.Warren and Dari are my favorites. My anxiety disappeared with in first 5 mins. I strongly recommend this location. Everyone is friendly and helpful.

Everyone was very nice and made the whole experience less stressful. The prices online for their dentures is alittle misleading. But the financial department worked wonders. When I told them how much I was prepared to pay right then for services pending. They adjusted my total to $6 less than the $3700 I had on hand. The original amount quoted was $6400. My only complaint is the lack of privacy. I could hear everything being discussed with patient in the other chair. She was probably 10 feet away at most. I've always been in a separate self enclosed room at my previous dentist.

My main concern for this first visit was helping me with a broken bridge. I had a lot of xrays taken and a few people looking at them. I was shown the xrays and told what they were going to do. It was like they found a gold mine in mouth. True they were all very professional. I know the quality of work done by Aspen Dental due to my past partial was done by another AD shop. When I was ready to get out of the chair, my broken bridge and I partial was laying on the tray. No one wanted to offer me any help with my original problem. I was left alone looking at a huge bill for upcoming services. I fixed my temporary problem whole waiting to go on with the needed work. I am looking forward to getting this work done.This review is for the Plover, Wisconsin office June 2021 visit.

Very friendly and helpful staff. I am 90 years old and they had a wheelchair
to help me get into the office. They pulled my tooth the same day and that
made it easy so my daughter didn't have to take off work to bring me back.
Over all a very good experience for my first visit with Aspen Dental.
