The staff were very friendly and helpful. Dr. Wilson was awesome and made a painful toothache bearable. I highly recommend.

I have had very good experiences at Aspen Dental. All areas were clean and pleasant, there was almost no wait time to be seen, the staff was caring, courteous and professional and all treatment options and payment options were explained to me. There was no pressure to select one treatment over another which I greatly appreciated. I would highly recommend Aspen Dental to anyone.

Staff was very rude and doctor did not take questions and concerns seriously. No compassion or understanding from staff. I was supposed to get a broken filling cleaned out and get a root canal if it was too deep, but was charged for a root canal before they even looked to see if it was necessary. We discussed this with the doctor but she became defensive and irritated. They also put 3 crowns and 9 fillings on my treatment plan without notifying me about why they are needed. Don’t go here, they don’t care about their patients and treat concerns as annoying and inconvenient.
Edit: Aug 14 - went to other dentist and it turned out I did not even need a root canal or any crowns. Aspen dental is full of crooks who just want your money, get a second opinion from someone else instead of getting work done here!

There was a road closure so I was 5 min late for my appointment. They treated me as a walk in and I had to wait over 2 hours. I was looking for an oral surgeon recommendation for getting 5 teeth pulled. They said they all needed to be pulled but only would give a recommendation for 3 teeth that required the surgeon and wanted to pull 2 teeth themselves. I told them no, I was going to do them all at one place. The doctor then got argumentative and walked out of the room. Almost every person there acted arrogant and rude.

Everyone was very kind and helpful . I did not have to wait very long to get in. Dr Compos went over everything with me and what it entails. I set up my next appointment for my extractions. Thank you .

I only chose this place because of a recommendation from my mother. She says she walks in, gets xrays, tooth pulled, and then back out.
This was not the case for me. I made an appointment specifically to pull a wisdom tooth. They gave me an estimate over the phone which was reasonable and that i was prepared to pay for in cash, even if the estimate was too low.
I came in and the front staff were very friendly, but then i met the dentist. He told me that my wisdom teeth mashing and cutting into my cheek was actually just a problem with me "fiddling around with my mouth" or something to that effect despite that when i am in resting mode the teeth will sit with cheek between them. So after a quick back and forth he says he can pull a wisdom tooth if i want. They tried to check me out and make another appointment to get the tooth pulled when i expected it to be pulled that day as other people have, but apparently that's not how they do things.
I don't know why they treated me as if i was an idiot. I don't know why they treated me differently, but they did and I won't be making that second appointment.
UPDATE: I went to a different place and it was recommended to get both wisdom teeth pulled. So...yeah. Good thing I went elsewhere.

Went in with a broken tooth that wasn't painful, I just wanted to get it checked.
They convinced me that it needed a crown and soon.
The entire process has been very painful, I have the permanent crown on now and it's been so sensitive from the crown prep procedure I can barely eat or drink.
Not to mention during the seating of the permanent crown the doctor drilled on other teeth (with no numbing) to make the crown fit. Now those teeth are sensitive too!
Was also pressured into getting a filling at the same time with no anesthetic. The cavity was shallow, but was still painful.
Honestly the worst experiences I've had at a dentist.
Edit** To add more salt to the wound, after I had my crown seated I was told there was a $90 balance still left unpaid on my account when I paid for the entire procedure upfront. The receptionist didn't believe it should have been on my bill so she said she removed the balance. And now, 1 month later, I recieve a bill in the mail saying I owe the $90 balance that was suppose to be taken care of. Definitely worst dental experience ever.
Edit 2* I spoke with their customer satisfaction team, and they were more than happy to remove the balance and were very polite and apologetic.

Absolutely some the best human beings work at Aspen. Great attitudes, helpful and accommodating. I and my family will not ever go to a another dental clinic unless it is Aspen. Thank you Aspen group. Merry Christmas.

We've had good service, but the office cancels appointments with you continuously. It's aggravating to have a dentist office cancel almost every time on very short notice to reschedule after having 6 months between cleanings to properly notify. They can't seem to keep a hygienist on site.

All I wanted to do was have my teeth whiten and that's all I wanted. My appointment was suppose to be on July 1, 2015. I just returned the application that I filled out back to Aspen Dental. Just to make sure, I asked the front desk that I'm still good for teeth whiten on July 1, 2015. They said that they don't have a doctor available for that day. "Then why did you guys booked me an appointment for that day?" Aspen Dental said it was for exam and x-ray. I didn't ask for no exam or x-ray. I only asked to have my teeth whiten. "Why would you guys booked me an appointment for exam and x-ray when I specifically ask only for my teeth to be whiten.
Go ahead and cancel that appointment, and can you please not lied to customers. I will go ahead and write a bad review on "Yelp" for what you guys at Aspen Dental are doing and will notified your director because to me in which you did was pretty much lying and I don't play that game. It's very unprofessional and wasting my time if I did show up on July 1 to suppose to only have whiten of my teeth. I made it clear to customer service and she said she will let her supervisor know of the situation that occurred.
I will not and never will be using Aspen Dental because of the lies, and glad that I did double check to make sure I was good to go on July 1, 2015 but to only find out that it was only exam and x-ray only. This is my experience and in which I will never ever go back again to Aspen Dental.
