The staff and dentist were really nice. The complaint that I have was the cost. I had a simple wisdom tooth extraction yet when the assistant asked how to bill it the dentist said surgical. I've had a previous wisdom tooth extraction from here 5 yrs prior, same procedure, charged for simple extraction and cost less.

I went to Aspen dental in March for replacement dentures and after many trips there they were finally ready in June and then the bottom didn't fit. I went back and they still didn't fit. They said I was going to have to use the athe glue

I received excellent care when I had to have an urgent follow up to the dentist this week. The front desk lady helped me quickly move up my appointment almost a month ahead. The Hygienist helped decrease my fear regarding the exam. I felt the dentist was very honest and was good about doing a follow-up.

Aspen was able to schedule an appointment in a short time. Other dentists were booked up to 2 months out. Aspen also has discount for those without dental insurance. Also looked online for dental cost estimator sites and found Aspen does not overcharge it's customers. Appreciate the email & text reminder for my appointments too. Most important to me was the kind gentle & knowledgeable staff from the receptionists to the hygienist to the dentists. After a number of visits I am happy to report that I never had to wait long in the waiting room. Plenty of room for parking and easy to find (signs visible from 82nd St). Thanks Aspen Dental!

Avoid this place at all costs if you enjoy your hard earned money. My wife went to this place about four to six months ago to receive a check up and cleaning. All of the issues Aspen dental found they quoted us at a fixed rate for all the dental work after the insurance kicked in. The amount was for 1200 dollars to be financed thru their credit card company. No APR for the first twelve months. Sounds like a good deal right? Well, my wife received the dental work and we agreed to the quoted price 1200 dollars. Fast forward a month later after the dental work was received we received a bill on top of the credit card bill we are already paying for. WHICH THEY SAID IT WOULD ONLY COST 1200 DOLLARS. THEY LIED. I recommend every Lawton resident to steer clear from this money pit. They quote you at a fixed rate and send you more bills on top of what they claim the dental work is supposed to be. Bunch of liars who work here. Plus, when you bring up the issue they put a ticket in their high speed top of the line system and tell you that they will call you back to resolve the issue. My wife has been waiting on that call for four to five months now. Steer clear.

My husband has been to Aspen Dental in the Target Center twice without any complaints. He's been very pleased with the later hours they are open so he doesn't have to take off work.
I took both my son's (ages 10 & 12) there for exams and cleanings and again we had no problem getting in on time and they didn't rush us through. The doctor took the all the time I needed to explain and answer all my questions.
I will be getting my teeth examined and cleaned there myself.

Staff was very welcoming! Which is a relief for somebody who hasn't been to the dentist in years. Didn't wait too long. The whole process was quick and efficient. I would definitely recommend them! :)

My view on A span, the dentist was Real nice and to the point, the assistant was on point. But what got me was that I could not make payments towards the service that I needed. I did not qualify for that dental care. So no I will not come back or send anyone there. I have found another dental office that would work with me.
