Aspen Dental

I'm actually writing a review on behalf of my dad, J.R. He really enjoyed his experience with Aspen. He said everyone was friendly and they cared about his needs. They were not high pressured at all. He said they were fast and efficient. He had a tooth pulled and his dentures repaired and the whole process took less than an hour. He definitely recommends Aspen for all your dental needs. Thank you for taking care of my dad. It's a rare thing these days to get such good service. A special thank you to Korie, the lady that took care of him. 😊

Professional atmosphere, knowledgeable workers. My appointment went smoothly. I was in and out at the expected time.

I was so nervous because it had been a few years since I had been to the dentist. My first interaction began with the receptionist, then on to the xray tech, then a dental hygienist and aide, then the dentist, and ended with the financial planner. All of these women were very professional and made me feel comfortable the entire time. They answered all of my questions and I walked out feeling very excited about my future dental visits with them. Thank you so much Aspen Dental ... I'm so glad I chose you.

I've had my upper denture for about 30 years and until now have had no problems. The upper denture developed a hairline fracture on the left side which would open up just enough to grab the side of my tongue and slicing it so I really couldn't wear them. Called Aspen dental as a new patient spoke with a very nice man and he helped with an early appointment. The man made it sound like I could get everything done right in the office the day of my appointment, but that was not the case. My appt was at one PM I didn't leave their office until closing 5 pm. I realize everyone starts our learning a new job but the tech took way too many x-rays because she kept making mistakes. They told me it would be 21 days until my next appt. I can't eat much food without my teeth so I have to wait one month or more for my teeth! Not happy the communication in the office is awful! Don't portray to be speedy and helpful when I will be waiting and waiting to eat real food again!!!!!

The staff is really great, good care. However, they do not tell you ALL of the things not covered by your dental insurance when going over the treatment plan so make sure you know exactly what is covered so you can say to them I don't want the 78.00 cancer screening and I can buy the special mouth wash from amazon for 12.00 and not have to pay 33.00 to get it at the dentist office.

Not at all happy with the dental filling procedure I had a few weeks ago. Next week will be a month since the fillings were done and I am still experiencing pain in my gums, teeth, and jaw especially after eating. I too have to take pain medication daily as a previous customer posted in the reviews. I know fillings don't take this long to heal because I've had them done a few years ago at a different dental office. Also, I did end up getting an infection because I got cut in the back of my gums and needed antibiotics for that later. The area that was cut continues to bother me as well. I will not continue any further services with this place.

Even with out insurance they were quick to help me get my tooth pulled. Highly recommend for those with no insurance plans

I had a wonderful experience; 3 teeth extracted with very minimal pain. Glad to have gone to this dentist. Now on to get the rest of my program done. Thank you for the care I received.

Takes me a hour to get there and they have wasted my time two times. The first they lost a mold of my lower teeth and had to reschedule because they couldnt doe anything without it so they rescheduled me for today and I called Thursday and confirmed all my appointments. I show up and they didn't have me on schedule for today. We have paid close to 5000 just for upper denture and I wonder how that's going to turn out since they can't seem to get schedule right and throwing away the mold that they made. So far I'm not real impressed with the service and will just have to wait and see how the rest turns out.

I have been to Aspen dental 4x and this dentist that they have now is hands down the best one by far. He answered all my questions and WASN'T in a rush to see the next patient! My plan was by far in the price range that I was wanting to be at!!!
