My boys and I LOVE Dr. Patel! She is very patient with the boys and very thorough in her exams. My oldest had some cavities and she filled them all same day. He never felt her give him the shots 🙌🏻 I’ve never had a bad expierence with Dr. Patel and we will continue to see her.

We have been seeing Dr Patel for several years. She is so caring and gentle with my 7 year old daughter. Unfortunately my daughter had to have a cavity filled. I was so nervous because she had to be numb. Dr Patel coached her through the whole thing and my daughter didn't even cry! I was amazed. We followed her here and saw her for my daughters 6 month check up and now she's in the cavity free club! Many thanks to Dr Patel and her amazing assistants here. My daughter won't go anywhere else! I guess we're patients for life! Bring your family, your friends and kids, you won't go wrong!

I cannot thank Nelly enough, whom she has been making sure my entire family has had the best experience and treatments by the medical staff needed throughout the years. Nelly appears to be very knowledgeable and is always making sure that customer service comes first. I have referred my entire family. I think she is such a great asset to the office.

This was the worst experience I ever had at a dentist office. The front office staff was not very friendly when I arrived even after I let them know how much pain I was in. The technician rushed through my exam and did not show proper care or concern regarding my pain level. Also, the dentist seemed very distracted and repeatability left me in the exam room by myself which caused the numbing shot to wear off by the time they came to see me. In fact, I had to run them down to remind them I was still in the exam room. Patient care is very important to me since I used to work in healthcare and this was my worst experience ever!!! Please think twice before considering this place!!

BEWARE: Shady Billing Practices.
I went in for a basic cleaning on March 17, 2020 with Dr. Durst. I have BCBS and a supplemental dental insurance (FEPBlue Dental). Well six months later, I receive a bill from Pflugerville Modern Dentistry for an absurd amount of money for a mere cleaning.
Long story short, after calling my insurance, I discovered that I was over-billed for two procedures that I did not receive and BCBS had Dr. Durst marked as out-of-network.
I understand that errors can happen and I am usually patient with these types of things, but I find it egregious to bill insurance companies for procedures that a customer did not receive and furthermore - to let an issue like this linger for six months. It took me less than 10 minutes to get my insurance on the phone and find out the issue. The entire ordeal seems shady and the subpar customer service does not help. I suggest taking your business elsewhere. There are plenty of other honest options.
