I made an appointment as a new patient for a check up and cleaning. After they took x-rays, they told me they ran out of time and couldn't provide my cleaning, so I would have to reschedule and come back. Needless to say, I won't be going back.

Nice looking new place but nothing is more upsetting than poor customer service and failure to answer the phone! How many times do I have to email, call, and then drive to the place before I get the proper information I need to register. Today, talking to the front desk was as if I was wasting their time trying to register with them. First impressions are hard to change, I'm going next door.

First off , the front desk is VERY unprofessional , rude, snobby and they have no clue what they are talking about half the time( they make you want to cancel any appointments that you have scheduled and take your money else where !! Second I called to schedule an appointment with Dr. Poest to find out that he is no longer at this location they sounded like they were mad at me for asking to schedule an appointment with him!! Thank god he is no longer their now I can go find another doctor else where Because he is the REASON why I continued to come to this sorry ass establishment of unprofessionalism
