I had an amazing experience seeing Becky today for a cleaning. She is very knowledgeable, he a great personality and was so eager to help! I will be booking all my mine and my husbands cleanings with her. I’m thankful that she made my appointment such a great experience because I’m not a fan of going to the dentist!

Dr. Patel and staff are so friendly! The front desk greeted me as I arrived. The dental assistant Rene was friendly and gentle with x-rays. Dr. Patel addressed all my concerns during the exam. After that, Brenda explained all my payment options for the treatment Dr. Patel diagnosed for me. We were actually able to start my treatment same day! I was glad I didn’t have to take more time off work. My hygienist Becky was very gentle and friendly! Dr. Patel made sure my shot was painless and made dental work feel easy!

I saw Dr La for the first time last Friday. She was awesome, explaining everything that needed done and even with my resistance she explained in detail why it needed to be done. She was friendly, funny, and very kind and patient. I highly recommend her and for any of my dental needs in the future, she will be the dentist that I request!

Every single person I met today was so nice! The receptionist, dental assistant, dentist, orthodontist, HR, everyone! Don’t judge the clinic too harshly based on the bad reviews. Not going to lie, I was a bit apprehensive coming in due to the reviews but I definitely do not regret it at all. Dr.Long was super sweet and a very pleasant person to be around. She made sure I was comfortable multiple times throughout my cleaning and made sure to check for questions 3+ times. She’s one of those healthcare professionals that makes you feel better and makes you want to come back.

Dr. Seema Patel was GREAT!! She explains your teeth condition and procedures to in the simplest way. She gives you options concerning your teeth and what's best for you. And let you decide on the option you want to take. She treat you with respect and very, very patient. My 1st visit with her and her assistant Rene and coordinator Brenda was AWESOME!! I would refer any of my family & friends to her and her staff. They were all warm, inviting and very caring from the beginning to the end of my visit. Thank you all.

Dr. Parbhu and his assistant Katie (hope I spelled that right) were so amazing and patient with me. I’ve had traumatic experiences at prior dentists as a child, and they were extremely understanding and empathic to my dental anxieties. They took my needs into consideration and did an amazing job filling my cavities. Fast, efficient, and accommodating, they make their patients experience their number one priority and I appreciated it to no end. Thank y’all so much!

I’ve been going to this place for several years and never had a problem. I got 2 crowns then had braces for 2 years with Dr.Ohiomoba
Excellent service from him, staff, assistants…
But recently I had braces removed and one of my crowns was discolored so I had it replaced.
DR.PATEL installed a temporary crown and a few weeks later had a permanent crown installed today.
She was very careless and did NOT use any anesthetic before removing my temporary crown and took vice grips and tugs on the tooth (doesn’t come off)
Then begins to cut into the tooth with a tool and prying. Then noticed I was in pain, uses anesthetic and goes right back at it. Dose NOT give it time to do effects like she is supposed to be and I am still in pain so I tell her. She storms off for a few minutes then returned and continued. She was very rude to her assistants I could tell one was learning and she did not do well with the training. Was just short wording as if the trainee was supposed to read her mind and know what she expected of her..
I was given a “discount” and paid 700 same day (al thought was supposed to be under 5 year warranty) for 1 crown. Had to return when it could have been done all the same day..
although I had a bad experience with her I will likely still return but will request another doctor.
Felt very uncomfortable and almost tortured purposely….

Been coming here for 2 years for my check ups and cleanings and this last time around was slightly different than usual. I barely recognized the team with all the things they wear now. I was chatting with my dentist Dr Patel and she told me they were open 7 days a week treating emergency cases through March, April and May. I’m a nurse and just wanted to give a shout out to the Team because I know how hard it is working through this time and how helpful it is having our dentists help our clinics with the amount of emergency cases we see. Thank you all for all you do!

I agree with the other reviews. I’ve been doubled charged without know and someone from the front desk fortunately noticed and refund me. I had an appointment and waited almost an hour and I had to leave because I have work. The office needs some retraining on logistics. 2 starts because some of the techs are really good.
