Dr. Patel and her staff had treated my oral ailments with the highest quality of care and professionalism. Additionally, the facility uses the most up-to-date equipment. All in all, my experience was pleasant and look forward to my next visit.

So I went to the these guys first because they were near my home. I had a problem with my tooth that pretty much just needs an implant, I don’t have the best teeth but I needed it handled. They wanted to charge me 550 for the cleaning, which was free today at DDS and extraction was gonna cost me 200, which was free also today. I don’t know if they are playing the insurance game at this point because they thought $10k was ok for this service, before insurance of course but still. I walked out and went to DDS in Manor and it’s gonna be handled for about a grand. I showed the hygienist the report and she was astounded at the cost. I also told her about the fake cavity that I have in my front teeth that he said I had. I wouldn’t recommend these hustlers to anyone.

The staff is very friendly. The office environment is extremely clean. The entire process is very efficient for those hate going to the dentist. They were very informative on each step of the process.

I would highly recommend Pflugerville Modern Dentistry and Orthodontics to anyone who is tired of the same run-around with their current Dentist.

I want to give Dr. Durst a special thanks for seeing me When they where about to close, and getting me out of pain I. He even took the time to call in my prescription for me so it could be ready by the time I got to the pharmacy. I highly recommend this place and Dr. Durst. The staff is also amazing and very friendly. Definitely returning.

Pflugerville Modern Dentistry is a great place to get dental work done. The staff and doctors there are always excited to see you and will work with you on just about everything. I went for a cleaning and the computers went down (Power Outage) and they didn't let that stop them! From start to finish this place was great!

This place is poorly ran. They do not care about the customer. I had a rude dental hygienist there and the next year for my cleaning I let the office know I did not want to have the same hygienist as she was disrespectful and rude. They said no problem we'll book you with another hygienist. To my surprise when I actually get there I have the exact same hygienist, it was awkward as you could tell the office told her I had complained. Last time I ever Went there. This office could be the worst dental office in Texas. Poorly managed, moron dentists, no customer service skills, entire office lacks common sense. They have also lost my husbands business with an even worse experience. This office has no shame in the way they treat customers. They have nearly as many 1 star ratings as they do 5 stars. MAJOR RED FLAG! Do not go here, there are a handful a 4.5 star dentists in pflugerville. In fact I saw a dentist office in pflugerville with a 4.9. I will be going there. The sooner modern dental gets shut down the better.

Run, don't look back. Worst customer service. Received a call less than two hours before my appointment to cancel my emergency procedure. I've been on drugs for 12 days. The so called manager was absolutely clueless as to why I wasn't informed the day before so I wouldn't take an entire day off. I asked to speak to higher ups. No one has called back. They are now closed and have prompted this post.

Mind you I'm 33 years old and I've never had a cavity in my whole life!! I floss and brush everyday. Just went in for a routine visit

After a ton of x-rays, including a panoramic view, and photographs. I finally got to a treatment room. The hygienist started with probing my gums for pockets, which both my last two dentists did AFTER the cleaning. She claimed I had a lot of 5s and 6s and needed a deep cleaning. Then the dentist came in. Also agreed that I needed a deep cleaning. He also said I needed bone- graphing or I was going to lose my molar and needed to make an appointment to see there periodontist there in the clinic. The hygienist was very unfriendly and refuse to do anything, but deep cleaning which was not covered on the insurance. They sent in a "money person" to review cost with me.

The finance person gave me paperwork showing that my "needed" treatments total over $6,000, with over $4,000 out-of-pocket. When I said that I would like to think about all that and could I just get a regular cleaning for today, she left to talk to the hygienist. When she returned, I was told that the hygienist refuses to give me a regular cleaning, because I NEED a deep cleaning. I went ahead with paid for the deep cleaning since I didn't know what if they were telling me was the truth or not! Basically they scared me into it I went to another dentist to get a second opinion they told me there was nothing wrong with me and none of it was true!......Wow ....I hope they feel ashamed of themselves for taking advantage of people like this!!!!

I came in for a cleaning the other day. After they took X-rays, they proceeded to spend the next two hours giving me a sales pitch for expensive laser cleaning procedures not covered by my insurance, then left me sitting in an exam chair for 45 minutes. They told me they wouldn't clean my teeth unless I paid them an extra $800 for stuff I didn't want or need. I never got my teeth cleaned and I feel very mislead by the whole experience. I've had my car in enough shady garages to know when somebody's making crap up to try to sell me and that's what happened here.

I figured I'd call up there and talk to them before I posted a review, and the lady in the office was very rude and condescending when I told her why I was cancelling my appointment. There was no attempt made to apologize or rectify the situation; when I told her the problem (very reasonably, I might add), she obviously didn't give a flip and tried to get me off the phone asap.

They have a very fancy, slick office with a ton of expensive gear, but don't be fooled - they pass that expense on to you. Stay away from this money pit.

I LOVE Dr. Blankenship!! He is seriously the best dentist ever! I would recommend anyone to him.. He never makes me feel rushed he explains every step..he explains it in medical terms then breaks it down so you can understand. The place is clean and the staff is very friendly. I will follow Dr. Blankenship wherever he goes.
