I recently got a deep clean procedure done this month and all went very well , great customer service at the front desk and everything was done very well by the doctor and the hygienist. Yesterday I got all 4 wisdom teeth surgically removed by Jerry Chiu and he was amazing he took really good care of me he was so knowledgeable and made sure to rely everything to me from good and bad that could happen during this procedure before even starting. He did an amazing job I’m recovering very well and did I mention he’s so attractive hahaha…
Also I can not forget about Shelly she works at the front desk she’s amazing ! Great service . She made sure all my paperwork was properly done and no surprises on my prices she made sure I was aware of everything. I had never been to a dentist where It felt so trustworthy and homie I like it here a lot I will be going here till further notice.

Beware, too expensive $750 for an extraction with insurance 🤔
I've been to this dental office as well as my son. As soon as my new dental insurance updates in January. I will be changing dental offices. I paid almost $800 dollars for an extraction with insurance 🤔. Quite honestly the space where my tooth was around the gum is now uneven. I thought the packing and building up of that area was supposed to help with that. I was in excruciating pain that lasted for over 24 hours. When I left I was told to take an over the counter pain med for an extraction of a back molar. Now when I did contact the office the doctor was able to give me a prescription. However with that type of extraction with stitches I should have been prescribed that when I left the office. One of the front desk clerk's in my opinion is rude everytime I've called up there. There wait time on hold is too long as well. Although I was given a payment arrangement for my dental service for myself. I still had to pay $350 up front and my last payment is coming up next week on the 12. . I called yesterday to see if I could move my last payment date due to some unexpected financial situation that occurred. I've never been late on my payments. I was told they could move it and they were willing to however they said since it's not 5 actual business days even though it was 6:days before my payment date that the payment may not take affect. I will be glad to make this last payment so I can be done with them. I do not recommend. I should have listened to the reviews I read prior to scheduling with them. Not to mention my original appointment that was set back in March was rescheduled by them three different times. Regardless of the pandemic we were experiencing my appointment being rescheduled three different times and not being able to get in until July. In all honesty with all the negative reviews they have, that's a clear indication that this office and staff is missing the mark somewhere.

I am very pleased with all the staff!! I brought my 9 year old for an exam, and the staff and Dr. were very patient and helpful. They go above and beyond to help and make sure you understand what is needed. They gave me all my options both treatment wise and the financially. My son was very comfortable and enjoyed the visit. They exceeded my expectations and will Def. make an apt for my daughter and my husband. If your looking for a new dental office then look no further!!

The doctor and staff at Pflugerville Modern dentistry are the best I have ever met! The office staff had a friendly smile the moment I walked through the door. The atmosphere is relaxed and soothing. Rosa was so sweet and made me feel comfortable when she took my X-rays. Hygienist Amanda was amazing, and professional! She made sure that I was comfortable throughout the whole process. They were both very patient with me and I can’t thank them enough! It was a great experience from beginning to end!

The service and treatment by Dr. Patel was exceptional. I appreciate the office scheduling me so quickly for a replacement crown, I loved the option to get a new crown with same day service at an affordable price.
The staff was pleasant, the office was very clean and this office utilizes the latest technology.
Overall great service and I highly recommend .

It’s always a good experience getting a cleaning here. My husband and I have never had to wait long to be called back. Everyone in the staff are friendly and kind throughout the visit. Dr. Patel is our Dentist and she is wonderful and very thorough with explaining our treatment plans and ways to help improve our teeth. I highly recommend going here!

Great staff and great doctor! Staff was easy to work with and work around my schedule. Dr. Seema Patel was excellent! I would not trust my teeth with anyone else. She has been my go to dentist for a while now, and she is thorough, honest, and pays attention to all details. I would highly recommend this office.

Overall a great experience. Me, my husband and our two kids ( under 10) were all made comfortable on pur first visit to their office. The receptionists were courteous and the nurse was super awesone with my 5 yr old. She kept talking to him about his fav cartoon characters and helped him feel comfortable during xrays. Dr. Long was super sweet and I felt at ease discussing my dental concerns with her. The offuce space was clean and I noticed they do a complete wipe of the areas after each patient. Thats commendable during the covid days. I will highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a new dentist.
