The entire staff is amazing, but there is NO person that compares to how AWESOME Christy is! I mean absolutely AWESOME! She is the only hygienist we'll schedule with! If you are looking for a wonderful, friendly environment, look no further. You will not be disappointed!

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had. I was told one thing over the phone to only waste part of my morning and time being told something completely different when I arrived. I really wish they would have educated the employee that I spoke to over the phone before me making the trip up there. Very very frustrating to say the least. And even though this employee made a mistake they did not accommodate me as a patient or try to make things right. I was new to the clinic and I was very surprised how I was treated. Though I was thinking about establishing new care there, I quickly changed my mind. This is me sparing all the long lengthy details and just shooting straight to an honest review. I’d look elsewhere. All they care about is your money and making sure they have insurance to bill. That was my first perspective based on how I was treated.

I was in today for my regular cleaning and as usual everyone was so nice and welcoming. My dental hygienist was Angela she was very professional and courteous, I had a couple of issues I wanted Dr. Pollard's input on and she gave me her professional advice on what should be done. Dr. Pollard is so sweet and always be caring since the first time I met her.

I had been a long-time client of this clinic, along with my husband and daughter. My late father was a client, my mother was a client, and my brother and his family. Unfortunately, my family and my mother have both, independently, experienced dishonest practices and unfair billing from this clinic. I received a bill last month for a mouth guard that I was told would be covered by insurance when it was made back in March. I signed a treatment plan and paid my portion when the impression was made, then the rest when I picked up the guard. At the time, I was already trying to clear up an error that came to my attention at my previous visit. Although that issue was not entirely the clinic's, had the staff listened to me, much time and confusion could have been avoided. It wasn't the first time I had to clear up a billing issue, so I called and explained that I was unhappy and no longer wanted to be a client. I was astonished to get a bill for $258 for the mouth guard and $150 for missed appointments more than six months later. When I called, I was told that the treatment plan I signed was just "an estimate." I called my insurance company, Delta, and they said the clinic never submitted a claim. They said any clinic in my area should be familiar with how to verify coverages and if they didn't submit a fee for the treatment, it was likely because they knew it wasn't covered. Convenient that they decided to charge it after we "missed" our appointments and investigate it after I disputed the charge. They "graciously" took off the missed appointment charges, but sent another bill for $258, stating that it is more than 90 days overdue. If I owed money, they should have collected it before giving me the mouth guard back in March. They either lied to me about what insurance would cover or they didn't check. I learned that they did the same thing to my mother. They tried to charge her over $1000 for treatments they said would be covered by her insurance. They even tried to pressure her to get treatments not covered in the current calendar year and said they could easily "fudge it" when they summitted the claim so that it would be covered. Luckily, my mother refused. I love Dr. Mascagni, and the other dentists. They are great. This clinic's staff; however, is obviously getting incentives to pressure clients into treatments that are not covered by their insurance plans. I refuse to feel like I'm dealing with a used-car dealership when I go to the dentist. Find a smaller clinic where they remember why they are in business and take care of, rather than take advantage of, their client's trust.

I absolutely love the staff at AFD! Everyone is friendly and helpful. The state of the art technology is amazing!! It is such a fun and upbeat atmosphere! Dr. Nichols is kind and thoughtful. She is also personable and funny! Love the whole staff from the front door to the chair!! Great group!

This place is amazing!! The staff up front is is super nice and always greets with a smile. The entire visit is great from talking to the dentist to the assistants all the way through till the end. When your a mom and have no choice but to bring your toddler with you they will go out of their way to keep that child happy!! These employees are awesome keep it up ladies!!

Friendliest-cleanest-most organized dental operation you could ask for. Their staff is dedicated to protecting the customers and staff from the covid virus all the way from the entrance to the exit. The only reason I didn’t rate them as 10 star is because it wasn’t offered as a choice. The real selling feature About this practice was today both of the owners were away to a meeting and the staff never faulted in providing good quality safe customer service so kudos to the gang.
