I’ve never really been a fan of Dentist offices, but that being said Arkansas Family Dental is great! As soon as you walk in the door you’re greeted with a smile. The entire staff were super nice and friendly and they all seemed to really enjoy being there. They really treat you like you’re part of a big family. I actually look forward to my next appointment!

Kayla Are awesome Kayla made me feel really comfortable the whole time during my wisdom tooth extraction and Dr. Atkins is very professional and very educated and made me feel like I was in good hands 5 stars all around everyone is friendly there! This is where I will go from now on to get my dental work, they also explained and helped me sign up for there care credit plan which helped me save money and pay off my bill in increments. Loved the whole experience! 👍

Everyone is so kind here except for the financial lady. You had better hope you don’t have a financial hardship or she could care less. Feels slightly like going to the dmv with her attitude.
Other than that everyone makes you feel welcome. The receptionist, dental hygienists, dentist, and the lady who does my Invisalign. Everyone is so sweet.

The worst experience EVER. I waited 6 days in pain for an emergency extraction. I finally make it to my appointment just to deal with a rude employee that brought me to the back. She spent 10 seconds glancing in my mouth, brought out a bill, walked away and came back with prescriptions. I was told that maybe another office can see me today. It's after 4pm at this point. I wasted time waiting for them to do nothing. Now it's too late to make it to another office. Before coming in a asked if there was any type of pain medication that I could take. I could have come in and got the prescriptions today....A WEEK AGO so I could have my teeth removed today. She was not helpful in trying to reschedule me....just suggested that I go somewhere else. I would give a zero but I can't

I am amazed at how quickly and easily the task I had for them was performed in... Glad to see a place where it's not all about money but actually does care about your well being.. I'll definitely stop ✋️ any other dentist and from now on will use this office!!
