Friendly staff, but terrible service! My filling came out in less than a year and they wanted $89 to get an additional exam for them to look at the tooth. I came back several times after the initial filling for them to correct it and for it to later fall out means it was never right! Not to mention they told me I owed $10 for a previous balance that I never received a bill for. This company overcharges for every service they offer and it’s always an issue with insurance not covering something after services have been rendered or when you return for another service. Search the area for other dentist before you make the mistake of going here!

What I dislike was that I had to pay up front which I’m out of pocket, before knowing if I needed a root canal done or not. Dr. Pollard precisely told me it was only a cavity, and she referred me to an Endodonist for the a retreat of a different tooth. Attended my appt and received treatment for a root canal for the same tooth, which cost me $700 more then what I needed too. Came back for my permanent crown and still charged me $126. I ended up paying $2700 for 1 tooth, which I had never paid that much. I tried explaining them why they shouldn’t just send me to the specialist in the first place or simple say I can’t do it. I felt discriminated, unheard and overcharged.
