Nothing to say, just this is the best tooth cleaning experience. Especially Samaria Mascagni, as she is the owner of the building. Maybe one day I’ll get in there as her spot once she retires. After all, I am her daughter. Anyways, I really love the people, Amanda, Lauren Smith, everyone is just so nice. I know no better dentistry. Probably because I never get my teeth done anywhere else. 😂

This is an amazing dentist office. When you come in your always greeted with a smile. My first visit I was given a tour and told all about the facility. Very high tech by they way and they do there own partials on site. My dental hygienist is amazing. The dentist seem pretty cool to. Very informative and willing to answer any questions you have regarding the procedures. I'm glad I started coming here. You should try them out too!

The front desk staff was very nice and friendly. I waited about 30 minutes in the waiting room, and over an hour after getting a room. The dental assistant seemed to be impatient and a bit rude when I asked her a few questions. The doctor barely talked to me. He was in the room for about 5 minutes. After looking at the x-ray his assistant did . He didn't even bother checking my mouth to see the problem. He just assumed I had an infection and sent me home with antibiotics. I felt like they were rushing to get me out the door. I was referred by my sister. So I thought this would be a great experience, but it wasn't. I don't know if i will ever go back. Unless they change the way they treat people. I know they have other patients waiting. But I waited a long time too just to be seen. I feel like I didn't receive proper attention.

I honestly look forward to my dental visits every single time and today definitely did not disappoint. The staff is ALWAYS courteous and professional and the facility is ALWAYS clean and inviting. My first visit since the addition has been complete, and I'm overly impressed! I highly recommend AFD to anyone who's looking to begin or enhance their dental experience!

Today was my first time visiting Arkansas Family Dental. Dr. Pollard and staff are amazing in ensure that my dental concerns were their top priority. I can't begin to thank the team enough for giving me hopes of having a beautiful smile. I have definitely had many bad experiences at dentist offices but I am ecstatic that I found them. I'm looking forward to my future visits. If you're looking for excellent service check out Dr. Pollard and staff will be pleasantly pleased.

Very poor experience. I called and cancelled my cleaning appointment 24 hours in advance and was charged with 50$ cancellation fee immediately. I have had just visit with them and this was first cancellation due needing to go to work on short notice no understanding of urgency of any situation. I have never been charged by any doctors office for cancellation with notice. They lost a patient plus I will make sure to share my experience with colleagues and coworkers!

I have been going to this office at least twice per year for over 10 years and I always have such a good experience with Dr. Mascagni. Everyone is very friendly and I receive great dental care. If you are looking for a dental office for your entire family, this is the place to go. They will take great care of you!
