Called for a dental emergency and I was seen same day. Greeted warmly and with smiles. My hygienist Brent made me feel very comfortable and the extraction was complete within an hour. I hate the dental chair but they did everything quickly and kindly. I highly recommend this team!

Jennifer did my Zoom whitening today and she was amazing! Super attitude and talked me through everything. She even had a new hygienist, Richard, with her and he even had great “chair-side” manner. And the front desk crew is hilarious! Great place :-)

Today, I needed 3 crowns (in a row). Dr. Sarah Atkins and her hygienist showed compassion having me feel at ease while in the chair (before and after as well). They accomplished this with explaining the procedure and steps along the way as to what they were doing (and why) throughout the process in a kind, caring manner (not just stating these in a matter of fact way). They spoke with me (and laughed) as one would do as a friend, not a patient.
Dee Dee is super kind, helpful and patient with handling my needs. She happily went above her job duties with taking care of all my needs.
If you feel uncomfortable going to the dentist, Arkansas Family Dental is where to go. You will feel reassured and comforted with the kind and gentle manner everyone shows you as soon as you walk in the door. Look no further for this is an amazing dental practice you don’t want to miss out on with being their patient.

This was my first visit and it was an emergency. The staff were so pleasant. Even when I set my appointment, the way I was greeted…I love this place!!!! I just love them all! The environment is extremely welcoming and gorgeous and they have the staff with the personalities to match. I have a new family who cares about me and my teeth now. They’re such a blessing. Made my day!

The billing department is the worse! They clearly made an error and looked at the insurance card wrong(without calling for a pre authorization first) and now I am responsible for their mistake! I would have never gotten the service had I been informed correctly, initially. Definitely do not recommend!
