Our first visit there was yesterday for my son. It is a really nice office and the staff are all super friendly. They offer bottled water which is always nice. Our dental assistant was Kelsey and she was AWESOME with my son making him feel comfortable. Dr. Pollard was great as well. We were really happy with our experience and would definitely recommend this dental office.

I have been with Dr. Nichols since her Chicot Road days. I have never had a bad visit. Everyone is welcoming, sensitive to your needs and gentle. The offices are clean and there is even a Comfort Menu with pillows, blankets and other comforting picks. I highly recommend EVERYONE to go visit and then set you an appointment! You'll love the stall and atmosphere! PS the doctor's chair even has massages!!!!

Today was my first time going to afd. The ladies did a wonderful job. My friend Kim D recommended that I try them out since I was having some issues. Totally loved it. I also loved how they gave me plan on how we would go about getting my teeth fixed up and how much it would cost up front. They even allow you to pay upfront for the next appointment. The dental hygienist anna did a great job as well never felt my teeth feel so smooth and clean like this before. She took her time and did a very detailed job!! Loved it!!

I have been a client of Arkansas Family Dental for eleven years now and the staff is always professional, efficient, and friendly. I transferred my children there about four or five years ago because it's more convenient for us to all go to the same dentist. Their customer service is bar none. I always receive reminders to schedule appointments and if I have scheduled them in advance I receive texts to let me know they're around the corner. The office is beautiful and state of the art, which is icing on the cake. Clients are also awarded great prizes through the referral program. Make Arkansas Family Dental your choice!
