The "A Team" , Dr. Ludford and Angela, are awesome! Angela is one of my son's favorite people in the whole world. He is a 6 yo that actually looks forward to going to the dentist because of her. Customer service here is amazing from the time you walk through the door, until you leave. Angela always goes above and beyond and my family truly appreciates her! Best Hygienist ever! She knows her stuff!

I went into my appointment with some serious anxiety... I had not been to a dentist in years and I was having a decent size problem. They did not make me feel self conscious about it at all. All of the staff I came in contact with where awesome. Will definitely go back and recommend to anyone who has been putting off going to the dentist.

I love this place. Dr. Nichols has been my dentist for years and she is amazing. I have had work done and everything flows with ease at this facility. It is a great environment and very peaceful. I went in today for an annual tooth cleaning by Christy (Hygienist) and she is great. She made it very easy and comfortable. I would highly recommend this Dental facility to anyone looking for prime dental care.

The customer service is EXCEPTIONAL! I was having a very bad day and when I arrived at my former dentist's office that had been bought by AFD, only to find it being remodeled and realizing I had to drive an extra 15 mins away, I was ready to let my opinions about not being given that info be known, lol. But the receptionist could not have been more compassionate over the phone, then peppy and kind once I got to the office. The tech, Jen, was SO KIND and fun. They give GIFT BAGS to new patients, the have a COMFORT MENU - I've never had better customer service ANYWHERE, much less a dentist's office! I'll be telling everyone I know about how great AFD is! They even offer a heads-up about out-of-pocket expenses and work with you regarding payment. Scheduling was fast and easy. Can't say enough good about my experience today!

I came here for a second opinion and they got me in that day and treated me so well! I had a welcome gift and was given a tour of the facility, which is very nice. Lauren, the dental assistant, made me super comfortable. Dr. Pollard was very nice. Will be coming back here for sure.

Very friendly and professional. I was in the dentist chair at the time my appointment was scheduled for. After my dental cleaning was finished, Dr. Mac stepped in to examine and assess what work I needed to have done. The Front office was very helpful scheduling my next appointment and sharing about my insurance coverage.

Until recently (for the past several years) my husband and I were under the care of Dr. Nichols. The nursing and support staff at AFD were consistently amazing and the facility was always clean and comfortable! I'm not one to complain publicly, but we were both so gravely disappointed with the actual dental service we received that I would very highly suggest anyone contemplating her services do their research. Regretfully, our new dentist has had to redo much of her work.
