This was my first visit. It was spectacular from the moment I received a friendly and professional welcome from the check in desk. No wait. My team members were friendly, professional and kind. I went in due to a very visible cavity in my front tooth. Dr. Adkins filled the cavity with a great color match and set me up with a dental plan to get the smile I want. The filling was painless and looks great. Recommending to my family and friends.

Dr. Ludford and Amanda both helped me during my dental emergency. I received the best care and attention on a Sunday. Very professional and caring people who treat patients like family. I would highly recommend this clinic for all of your dental needs.

I go to Arkansas Family Dental’s office in Hillcrest. Dr. Nichols and staff are GREAT!!! I recommend them highly. I had a throbbing toothache this morning, but the Hillcrest location is closed on Friday. So I called the main office on David O. Dodd. The woman said they could see me at 10:00. I had to fill out all of the exact same paperwork again. They called me back a little after 10:00 and took an X-ray. I then sat there until 1045, not having seen or spoken with anyone else. So I left. I realize they worked me in. But if they weren’t going to be able to see me, they should have politely told me that when I called rather than telling me they could see me at 10:00 when they obviously couldn’t. Dentists who think their patients have all the time in the world to kill just waiting around get on my last nerve.

It's impossible to call and speak with anyone in regards to your bill. Both my husband and I have called multiple times only to be told your next in line we'll call you back for the entire day. I've called multiple times and no return call ever happens. It's ridiculous poor customer service at it's finest. Definitely ready to settle this alleged bill my husband, myself, nor my daughter will be returning.
